What you will do

  • Provide dedicated coverage for strategic robotics and Physical AI accounts in Japan.
  • Collaborate with account teams to develop new opportunities and secure design wins.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner business plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Influence the local robotics ecosystem through training, enablement, and engagement activities.
  • Activate ISV and SI partners to accelerate design wins and remove roadblocks.
  • Support go-to-market campaigns, pre-sales, and proof-of-concept execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management or sales.
  • Fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing partner programs and business plans.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and the partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent organizational and disciplined execution skills.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in Robotics, Physical AI, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in collaborative sales and co-selling strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the company's product portfolio.
