What you will do

• Shape GTM strategy by identifying investment opportunities and maximizing return on growth spend.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success leadership to influence pricing, segmentation, and channel strategy.
• Own end-to-end revenue forecasting, including pipeline analysis and expansion drivers.
• Lead GTM business reviews to provide actionable insights on performance, KPIs, and unit economics.
• Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and automate manual processes.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team aligned with commercial priorities.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of progressive finance experience with significant exposure to commercial finance and FP&A.
• Proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success in a high-growth environment.
• Strong expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, and SaaS or recurring revenue dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
• High proficiency with data, financial systems, and analytics tools.
• Must be based in the United States to align with the specified compensation and operational structure.
