What you will do
- Shape GTM strategy by identifying investment opportunities and maximizing return on growth spend.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success leadership to influence pricing, segmentation, and channel strategy.
- Own end-to-end revenue forecasting, including pipeline analysis and expansion drivers.
- Lead GTM business reviews to provide actionable insights on performance, KPIs, and unit economics.
- Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and automate manual processes.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team aligned with commercial priorities.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of progressive finance experience with significant exposure to commercial finance and FP&A.
- Proven experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success in a high-growth environment.
- Strong expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, and SaaS or recurring revenue dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
- High proficiency with data, financial systems, and analytics tools.
- Must be based in the United States to align with the specified compensation and operational structure.
