Salary: $192,000 – $226,000 USD (San Francisco range)

What you will do

• Serve as the lead strategic finance partner to GTM executives to drive high-impact decision-making.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and automated intelligence systems to redefine strategic finance operations.
• Quantitatively validate and advocate for high-ROI initiatives across the GTM organization.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to inform sales tactics, product experiments, and roadmaps.
• Own significant portions of long-range and annual planning processes.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing analyst.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience, with 4+ years specifically covering sales.
• Expert-level financial modeling ability and experience translating complex business drivers into frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in sales strategy, planning, and performance management.
• Experience building AI-driven models or automated workflows.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, BI tools, and SQL.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate with conviction at all levels.
