What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling (100+ calls/day) to prospective and existing clients.
- Generate revenue by selling delegate spots for large-scale events, conferences, and training courses.
- Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities across a diverse portfolio of industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive account management.
- Provide detailed feedback to divisional managers regarding sales campaign progress and competitive benchmarking.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure sales activities align with event goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, telephone-based sales environment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage international client relationships, which may require flexible working hours.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to lead generation and sales execution.
