TL;DR
Enterprise Account Manager (Compute): Driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships for compute solutions with an accent on complex IT transformation and C-level stakeholder engagement. Focus on developing territory plans, building business cases for ROI/TCO, and managing the full sales lifecycle within the Ontario market.
Location: Hybrid role, requires working from an HPE office in Ontario on average 2 days per week.
Salary: CAD 200,000 - 343,000 (Annual, includes base and target-level sales compensation).

What you will do
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external ecosystems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Act as a trusted compute solutions consultant for assigned accounts and the Ontario region.
- Create and nurture senior-level customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Articulate compelling value propositions around compute products and edge-to-cloud strategies.
- Leverage CRM and digital selling tools to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Ontario, Canada.
- 7+ years of relevant technology and services sales experience.
- Extensive customer, channel, and partner network within Ontario.
- Proven track record as a territory account manager with a hunter mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, compute solutions, and the competitive landscape.

- Vertical expertise in Ontario Provincial and Broader Public Sector Government.
- Experience in Health Care, Education, or Commercial segments.
