Product Sales Specialist (Commodity Trading): Partner with Vertical and New Logo sales teams to grow and embed hirify.global’s oil, gas and power trading solutions across existing customers and new logos, with an accent on pre-sales/solution expertise and territory sales planning. Focus on shaping product development inputs from customer workflows and competitor intelligence while supporting launches and ensuring knowledge transfer across internal teams.

What you will do

  • Build deep product and sector expertise to support new business identification and communicate trading solutions value internally and externally.
  • Partner with Account Management to uncover unmet needs, identify new buying centers, and develop commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with New Logo Sales across the sales cycle (qualification, validation, and discovery) to demonstrate how trading solutions solve customer problems.
  • Own and maintain a territory sales plan, identifying key growth markets, opportunities, and risks to drive sales strategy and tactics.
  • Work with Product and Research teams to shape the product development roadmap using customer feedback, workflow knowledge, and competitor intelligence.
  • Support launches of new trading solutions products and services and help drive knowledge transfer across the business.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in client-facing pre-sales, technical, or solution specialist roles.
  • Experience engaging with oil, gas, and power trading desks and strong understanding of their workflows.
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of the oil, gas, and power trading sector.
  • Extensive commercial track record supporting client development and acting as a trusted subject-matter expert.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across internal teams to achieve commercial success.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.
