TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (Sales): Driving lead generation and initial relationship development for enterprise-grade WordPress solutions with an accent on outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Focus on building a robust sales pipeline, articulating technical value propositions, and consistently achieving monthly performance quotas.
Location: Hybrid role, must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Compensation: $55,000 OTE ($45,000 base + $10,000 variable)

What you will do
- Research and catalog contact, account, and opportunity information in the CRM.
- Manage both inbound and outbound lead generation to meet monthly quotas.
- Develop initial relationships with prospects to explain the advantages of WordPress solutions.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to transition qualified leads effectively.
- Articulate complex technical benefits to prospective customers across diverse industries.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to uncover and address specific customer needs.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience, preferably with methodologies like Solution Selling, Sandler, or SPIN.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
- Performance-driven mindset with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
- Strong communication skills via phone, chat, and email.
- Ability to quickly qualify potential clients and manage prospect expectations.
- Must be able to work in the Austin, TX office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

- Experience in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Familiarity with WordPress ecosystem.
