What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and refine high-impact AI opportunities.
• Guide teams through the full lifecycle of AI use case development, from problem definition to execution.
• Connect stakeholders with appropriate AI tools, resources, and delivery paths.
• Develop and maintain shared AI assets, including prompt libraries and use case inventories.
• Ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Track performance metrics and adoption outcomes to demonstrate business value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in technology, data, or process improvement.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong ability to translate complex technical problems into actionable business opportunities.
• Practical understanding of AI concepts and capabilities to evaluate tools and vendors.
• Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a focus on discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 1-2+ years of direct experience using AI tools.
