Location: This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

Salary: $197,000–$278,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Serve as technical thought partner to system integrators (SIs) to ideate and build novel applications on the hirify.global API for their customers.
• Identify optimal GenAI applications and build a comprehensive backlog to support AI roadmaps with senior SI and customer stakeholders.
• Accelerate customer time to value by building hands-on prototypes and delivering strategic guidance.
• Forge and manage relationships with SI and customer stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and scale of applications.
• Codify solution packages and architectural patterns to accelerate deployment for customers and partners.
• Lead technical support for partners' initial projects and mentor their teams towards self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
• Led complex technical projects and programs, ideally within or through an SI.
• Industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
• Led complex implementations of Generative AI and/or traditional ML solutions.
• Built and/or delivered prototypes using the hirify.global API.
• Effective presenter and communicator, able to translate business and technical topics to all audiences.
