What you will do

• Design and architect production-ready AI systems, including LLMs, RAG, and orchestration layers for customer experience use cases.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and quality metrics to measure AI performance, accuracy, and business impact.
• Enable partner technical teams through workshops, reference architectures, and reusable assets to drive AI adoption.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex integration issues during partner pre-sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide strategic feedback based on real-world partner and customer insights.
• Support high-impact pre-sales engagements by leading technical discovery, solution design, and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions using LLMs, NLU/NLP, and agentic approaches.
• Expertise in enterprise integration with cloud ecosystems, RESTful APIs, and real-time data design.
• Strong ability to translate complex AI architectures into clear business value for executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, enablement, or partner-facing roles.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling technical demonstrations.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of the hirify.global Cloud platform and hirify.global AI.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Meta, or Guidewire.
• Prior experience working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
