TL;DR

Solution Sales Person (Logistics Automation): Promote and sell solution services to new and potential customers with an accent on building commercial and technical proposals, contract negotiations, and long-cycle customer engagement. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with engineers for technical clarifications, and driving sales targets including overdue-debt follow-up.

What you will do

  • Promote and sell products/solution services to new and potential customers and industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing customers and current industries.
  • Develop and coordinate commercial and technical proposals.
  • Coordinate with customers and engineers for technical clarifications and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Own debt collection targets and follow up on overdue debts.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, sales, and reporting records; support marketing campaigns such as trade shows, presentations, exhibitions, demonstrations, and seminars.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Preferably experience in the logistics automation industry.
  • Strong sales and marketing experience in China with proven sales achievements.
  • Familiarity with industry leaders, international engineering companies, and design institutes in the designated region and industries.
