Salary: $112,100 – $168,100 CAD

What you will do
- Serve as the principal People advisor to executive leaders across Finance, Product, and Content.
- Lead multi-phase organizational design, operating model transformations, and large-scale restructures.
- Provide deep executive coaching to VP and C-suite leaders on effectiveness and team dynamics.
- Manage high-complexity employee relations and lead sensitive internal investigations.
- Direct workforce planning and talent strategy aligned with multi-year business roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach Senior and mid-level PBPs to elevate the standard of people partnership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR/PBP experience, with significant time at a senior or Staff level.
- Proven track record advising C-suite leaders in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Deep expertise in organizational design, executive coaching, and workforce planning.
- Experience supporting both Finance and Product/R&D functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Must be based in one of the listed hub cities (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, NYC, Sydney) to meet hybrid requirements.
