Salary: $167,200 – $220,200 USD

What you will do

• Lead regular business reviews with senior executives by synthesizing performance trends and conducting ad-hoc analysis.
• Act as the operational lead for major sales initiatives, partnering with product and data teams to drive growth.
• Collaborate across ad sales, product, finance, and content teams to manage complex, multi-team projects.
• Design and monitor performance tracking dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Contribute to long-term monetization strategies, resource allocation, and goal setting.
• Influence senior stakeholders by presenting data-driven recommendations and building consensus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or business operations.
• 2+ years of experience supporting advertising businesses, including ad sales workflows and measurement techniques.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong ability to solve complex business problems with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with technical product teams.

• MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
