Salary: $153,600–$230,400 USD

What you will do
- Drive Enterprise performance management and operating cadence, including business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) and success metrics.
- Investigate performance gaps and growth constraints across the Enterprise funnel to design targeted interventions.
- Support GTM strategy and segmentation, including ICP definition, vertical prioritization, and value propositions.
- Lead analytical work on growth opportunities through market sizing, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment by synthesizing inputs into clear recommendations and execution plans.
- Conduct international and expansion assessments to evaluate market performance and identify risks.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy & operations, product strategy, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Expertise in market sizing, competitive landscaping, and financial modeling.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and data synthesis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to query and analyze insights using a variety of datasets.
- Must be based in New York City to support a hybrid work model.
