Salary: $99,000 – $173,000 per year

The Pokémon Company International manages the Pokémon brand outside of Asia, overseeing licensing, marketing, the Trading Card Game, and digital entertainment.

What you will do

• Own preorder operations including data management, inventory alignment, and coordination with 3PL and customer service teams.
• Monitor and optimize system performance during high-traffic product launches and events.
• Analyze data trends to identify issues and inform decisions regarding site features and workflows.
• Drive cross-functional execution across merchandising, logistics, and technology teams.
• Proactively identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Partner with product and design teams to research and validate user experience enhancements.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience in eCommerce operations, product operations, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of user experience principles and ecommerce customer journeys.
• Experience creating wireframes or user flows using tools like Figma.
• Ability to document requirements and workflows in tools like Confluence.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer service or post-purchase tools like Zendesk or Narvar.
• Exposure to UX research or data-driven optimization.
