Salary: $128,000–$150,000 base salary plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives across core business lines to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
• Build and maintain financial models for high-stakes commercial decisions and partnership structures.
• Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior.
• Develop strategic roadmaps with clear objectives and success metrics.
• Synthesize cross-functional inputs to ensure alignment between product, finance, marketing, and operations.
• Prepare executive-level materials and narratives based on complex data analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and ability to pressure-test assumptions.
• Strong analytical thinking with a track record of data-driven decision making.
• Polished communication skills capable of influencing stakeholders from analyst to C-suite.
• Genuine passion for sports and the prediction market landscape.
• May require sports betting licensure based on state regulations.
