Salary: $116,080 - $159,610 (base) + 25% incentive

What you will do

• Support the U.S. & Bermuda AI transformation by enabling organization-wide adoption of AI and building colleagues’ practical capability to use AI in daily work.
• Design and execute an enterprise AI adoption program, including on-demand learning resources, use case libraries, and actionable guidance aligned to approved tools, platforms, and policies.
• Deliver hands-on, project-based learning experiences using real work examples to drive practical application.
• Build and sustain communities of practice and superuser networks to share use cases, standardize patterns, and scale adoption.
• Embed responsible and compliant AI safe-use guidance, escalation paths, and governance expectations into training and enablement activities.
• Track and report adoption and engagement metrics (usage, proficiency, value realization) and synthesize feedback to continuously improve programs.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required; hirify.global does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience; 1–2+ years of experience using AI tools preferred.
• Experience helping people adopt new tools/technologies or ways of working, with strong communication, patience, and reinforcement skills.
• Ability to design or deliver practical training/enablement (workshops, job aids, coaching, or learning sessions) that help people apply skills in daily work.
• Ability to explain complex AI topics clearly and simply for a wide range of colleagues.
• Comfort working collaboratively and influencing change without direct authority.
