What you will do

• Lead large-scale AI transformation initiatives end-to-end, ensuring intake, prioritization, execution, governance, and measurement aligned to organizational goals.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases by mapping workflows and translating ambiguous business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Design, build, test, and operationalize AI-powered workflows, copilots, automation initiatives, and agentic systems in enterprise environments.
• Define program goals, success metrics, KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and post-launch measurement; manage risks, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Drive adoption and operational change through stakeholder engagement, enablement, governance, workflow redesign, and measurable operational improvement.
• Support business growth and practice development via client presentations, proposals, opportunity qualification, and mentoring delivery teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, program/project delivery, product delivery, technology transformation, or enterprise transformation (including technology/fintech/enterprise/consulting environments).
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery programs.
• Hands-on experience operationalizing AI adoption: mapping workflows, designing AI use cases, implementing AI-enabled solutions, and measuring business impact.
• Hands-on experience building/testing/deploying AI agents, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled operational solutions with business and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts (LLMs, AI agents, workflow orchestration, prompt engineering) and responsible AI considerations.
• Based in San Francisco and eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship or work authorization sponsorship (e.g., H1-B, F-1/OPT, STEM OPT, TN).
