What you will do

• Embed within business teams to identify operational pain points and high-priority workflows.
• Build AI-powered automations and custom tools to eliminate bottlenecks and save time.
• Coach team members through one-on-one sessions to move them from experimentation to independent AI use.
• Develop reusable AI solutions that can be scaled across different departments.
• Establish frameworks for tracking AI adoption and report progress to IT leadership.
• Partner with Security and Engineering to develop internal AI governance and documentation standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical or cross-functional role requiring complex problem-solving.
• Proven track record of building AI-powered tools or workflows that delivered measurable impact.
• Experience in training or coaching others on new technical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within or supporting an IT organization.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms like Claude, LLM APIs, or custom agent frameworks.
• Background in change management or large-scale organizational rollouts.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing technical roles.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Slack.
