Salary: $103,600 – $135,000

What you will do
- Embed within business teams to identify operational pain points and high-priority workflows.
- Build AI-powered automations and custom tools to eliminate bottlenecks and save time.
- Coach team members through one-on-one sessions to move them from experimentation to independent AI use.
- Develop reusable AI solutions that can be scaled across different departments.
- Establish frameworks for tracking AI adoption and report progress to IT leadership.
- Partner with Security and Engineering to develop internal AI governance and documentation standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical or cross-functional role requiring complex problem-solving.
- Proven track record of building AI-powered tools or workflows that delivered measurable impact.
- Experience in training or coaching others on new technical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within or supporting an IT organization.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms like Claude, LLM APIs, or custom agent frameworks.
- Background in change management or large-scale organizational rollouts.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing technical roles.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Slack.
- Understanding of API management concepts and Konnect.
