Salary: $180,000–$276,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI enablement strategy, including training programs and adoption roadmaps.
• Design and deliver hands-on workshops to upskill employees on AI tools and workflows.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical AI teams and business units to translate capabilities into practical use cases.
• Build and manage an internal AI community of practice to share best practices and success stories.
• Define and track adoption KPIs, including utilization, productivity impact, and ROI.
• Partner with HR and Communications to embed AI fluency into the employee experience and establish governance guardrails.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in change management, enterprise transformation, or technology adoption.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale adoption programs in a matrixed organization.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible use frameworks, and data privacy principles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
