Salary: $148K – $185K (offers equity)

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI Platform Architects, supporting technical execution, customer engagement, and career development.
- Oversee delivery of implementations to ensure high-quality flows on time and aligned to customer outcomes.
- Provide technical oversight so architecture follows best practices and scales effectively.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining planning, documentation, testing, and customer collaboration.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex implementations and unblock teams through cross-functional risk resolution.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer feedback into platform improvements and roadmap prioritization.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or healthcare tech, including 3–5+ years managing technical teams.
- Experience with implementation, solution architecture, or systems integration (preferably in AI or low-code environments).
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and customer engagements from discovery through delivery.
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer and internal engagements.
