Compensation: $94,000 - $110,000 (US-based candidates).

What you will do
- Coach teams on AI tools, develop multi-step prompting workflows, and cultivate AI superusers for sustained adoption.
- Diagnose workflows, prototype AI solutions like prompt libraries and automations, and ensure handoff for independence.
- Establish quality standards, review protocols, and guardrails for responsible AI use aligned with mission.
- Build scalable infrastructure including playbooks, intake processes, and prioritization for high-impact AI work.
- Document best practices and feed insights into broader organizational AI transformation efforts.
Requirements
- 4–7 years relevant experience in process improvement, product management, or similar, with recent AI workflow focus.
- Deep fluency in frontier AI platforms like Claude for sophisticated prompting, tool-building, and automations without code.
- Ability to decompose workflows, reconstruct with AI, and facilitate non-technical colleagues.
- Strong written communication for documentation and materials.
- Experience across cultures preferred; interest in humanitarian mission strongly preferred.
