What you will do

• Define and own the editorial vision for a video-first media platform focused on health and prevention.
• Design and lead video editorial strategies, including podcasts, documentaries, and explainers.
• Develop a comprehensive content ecosystem by repurposing video content into articles, newsletters, and social clips.
• Build and manage a network of freelance journalists, experts, and contributors.
• Establish distribution playbooks and measurement frameworks using KPIs and SEO/GEO strategies.
• Scale the initial French model to international markets, specifically Belgium, Spain, and Canada.

Requirements

• Strong editorial and journalistic background with the ability to identify compelling story angles.
• Proven expertise in video editorial strategy, including scriptwriting and format development.
• Hands-on experience with light video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Experience managing content production at scale within a media, brand, or startup environment.
• French: Full fluency and perfect written syntax required.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience building and growing a podcast or YouTube/social video channel from scratch.
• Professional experience working in an international media environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Dutch.
