Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Implement and improve site-wide HSE plans, emergency response procedures, and safety protocols.
• Provide daily oversight of construction activities including civil, structural, electrical, and commissioning work.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory standards.
• Manage contractor HSE pre-qualification, training, and performance accountability.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Promote a stop-work culture and conduct daily safety walks and toolbox talks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HSE experience on large industrial or mission-critical construction projects.
• At least 3 years of experience as a senior on-site HSE leader.
• Professional certification such as CSP, CHST, or OHST.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and NFPA 70E standards.
• Must be willing and able to work on-site in Point Pleasant, WV, full-time.
• Excellent communication skills to influence executives, contractors, and regulators.

Nice to have

• Direct experience on data center or gas-fired power plant builds.
• OSHA 510 or 500 certification.
