EHS Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Centennial, Colorado facility; the role description also references the Loveland, Ohio facility and Knoxville operations. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance are required.

Salary: $130,000–$162,000 base salary annually, plus bonus eligibility and company equity.

What you will do

• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs across additive manufacturing, engine testing, casting, laboratories, and other manufacturing operations.
• Identify, characterize, assess, and mitigate operational risks while driving hazard identification, safety observations, and proactive injury-prevention initiatives.
• Partner with site and functional leadership to execute EHS objectives, change-management projects, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Investigate injuries, incidents, and near misses; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and support a strong safety culture among frontline operators and site teams.
• Manage regulatory compliance, EHS policies and procedures, hazardous waste, manufacturing byproducts, and relationships with regulators and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, research and development, testing, or industrial environments.
• Experience leading EHS programs across multiple operational areas and implementing safety culture, compliance, and risk-mitigation improvements.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, training, technical writing, root-cause analysis, risk-assessment, and project-management skills.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance are required.

• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or an equivalent credential.
