Location: Must be based in Windsor, CT or San Diego, CA and work onsite 5 days per week.
Salary: $100,070 - $157,470 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical lead for on-site end user services and executive support.
- Coordinate 24/7 white-glove support for EC and ELT members with speed and discretion.
- Provide hands-on technical oversight of vendor-managed site teams to ensure service standards.
- Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive technical issues involving executive stakeholders.
- Partner with management to align support operations with business needs and reinforce a service-first culture.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, incident response, and compliance with security protocols.
Requirements
- Must reside within commuting distance of Windsor, CT or San Diego, CA.
- Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday.
- Extensive experience in IT service delivery or technical end user support in executive environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Proven ability to coordinate vendor-managed teams and engage with senior business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, or CompTIA.
- Experience with performance management, capacity planning, and business relationship management.
