What you will do

  • Define and lead the global Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy and governance.
  • Manage the Global Desktop Engineering team, including budget and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee endpoint architecture, security, and lifecycle management using tools like Intune, SCCM, and Jamf.
  • Partner with IT, HR, and Security to deliver reliable, user-centric technology solutions.
  • Implement AI-driven opportunities to enhance automation and personalized employee experiences.
  • Drive adoption and change management through training and self-service enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in digital workplace or end-user computing roles.
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading global or distributed teams.
  • Strong expertise in endpoint management, collaboration tools, and ITSM/ITIL processes.
  • Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale digital workplace initiatives.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing budgets.

Nice to have

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow.
