Account Executive, Pro Accounts (SaaS): Build and maintain post-sale customer relationships to drive upsell opportunities, product adoption, and revenue growth with an accent on consultative discovery, product demonstrations, and contract negotiation. Location: US Remote
Salary: $92,200–$98,700 USD base salary range (variable commission plan eligible)

What you will do
- Foster and grow relationships with existing customers post-sale to identify and close upsell opportunities, including outbound prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and contract negotiation.
- Understand customer business needs, growth opportunities, and pain points to upsell a suite of Pro add-on features.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and work with a Solution Engineer to incorporate feedback and help prioritize future features.
- Assess and accurately forecast sales activity and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Partner with Pro Onboarding, Pro Adoption, and Customer Success teams to ensure customers fully utilize Pro Products.
Requirements
- US Remote availability.
- 2–3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- 1–2 years of closing experience in a SaaS/software role (strongly preferred).
- Consultative approach to cold prospecting, upselling, demos, negotiation, and communicating value proposition (strongly preferred).
- Experience upselling multiple products/services to external customers up to C-suite.
- Strong analytical skills; Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
