What you will do
- Plan and execute events across North America and EMEA, including owned events, partner programs, sponsored conferences, and client dinners.
- Own webinar production end-to-end, from speaker coordination and promotion to live broadcast, recordings, and post-event follow-up.
- Manage event logistics from start to finish: venues, vendors, registration, signage, event technology, budgets, and on-site coordination.
- Support sales enablement by maintaining target account lists, coordinating registration tracking in HubSpot, and ensuring lead routing and follow-up.
- Partner with product and customer success to create event content that educates the IR community and showcases the platform.
- Track timelines and deliverables in Asana and measure performance (registrations, pipeline, ROI) in HubSpot to improve future events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of B2B event or field marketing experience, with the ability to design events people want to attend.
- Strong organization and attention to detail to manage overlapping timelines, vendors, and attendee communications.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort aligning marketing, sales, product, customer success, and leadership stakeholders.
- Comfort using HubSpot and Asana; ability to quickly learn tools such as Zoom Events, Descript, or Canva.
- Ability to travel within North America and internationally based on the event calendar.
