What you will do
- Own webinar operations for the Back 2 Basics series and additional audience segments, including guest/speaker coordination, run-of-show development, promotional copy, live production, and post-event follow-up.
- Host live webinars across formats (fireside chats, moderated Q&A, solo product demos, and co-hosted sessions with internal SMEs).
- Write and manage webinar content assets: outlines, run-of-show documents, registration/landing page copy, promotional emails, social blurbs, and recap communications.
- Serve as a backup host for the Toolbox for the Trades podcast by interviewing guests and guiding conversations.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation to align webinar programming with MQL goals, campaign initiatives, and the content calendar.
- Track and report webinar performance (registrations, attendance, and MQL conversion) and coordinate publishing schedules and assets using Asana and Contentful.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, digital media, or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven on-camera hosting/presenting experience for webinars, video content, or live virtual events.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write run-of-show documents and high-performing email subject lines.
- Hands-on familiarity with webinar/content production tools (e.g., Goldcast, Riverside.fm, Asana, Contentful, Canva, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Comfort analyzing registration and engagement metrics and using results to improve future programming.
Nice to have
- Experience with podcast production workflows (scheduling, publishing, asset management).
- Background in demand generation and/or familiarity with the marketing funnel and MQL-driven content strategy.
- Experience hosting or appearing in interview-style content (podcast guest, panel moderator, etc.).
