What you will do
- Own paid digital acquisition strategy and performance across channels (search, display, social, email journeys), including lead volume, lead quality, cost efficiency, and downstream sales conversion.
- Define success metrics, performance targets, and optimization priorities in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Design, evolve, and optimize the digital acquisition ecosystem: website experiences, testing frameworks, CRM and marketing automation workflows, and integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Amazon Connect).
- Lead creative briefing and campaign development, translating business objectives, audience insights, performance learnings, and compliance requirements into actionable direction.
- Manage the digital media agency relationship, approving campaigns, optimizing budget, and holding partners accountable for performance and continuous improvement.
- Own performance reporting and forecasting, including advanced analytics and cross-channel measurement/attribution to inform channel mix and investment timing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive digital marketing experience across paid performance channels (paid search, display, social) with data-driven, measurable business and sales outcomes.
- Proven experience leading full-funnel, always-on acquisition programs with continuous optimization across lead volume, quality, conversion, and efficiency.
- Experience partnering with Sales to improve lead conversion and sales productivity, including establishing feedback loops across the funnel.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and call center platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Amazon Connect or similar) for lead management.
- Strong analytical capability: A/B testing, performance reporting, and attribution analysis; ability to translate insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
