What you will do

• Assist with the handling of non-complex legacy claims while developing professional expertise.
• Manage statistical data, loss runs, and claims allocation monitoring.
• Provide administrative support to the Special Projects Team for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure professional communication with brokers and insured parties.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to support team performance targets.
• Participate in project activities and attend broker or client meetings in a supporting capacity.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of the claims environment and claims handling processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Awareness of emerging AI-enabled tools for data analysis and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player and adapt to different business classes.

Nice to have

• Experience within the London Market.
• Familiarity with ECF (Electronic Claims File) systems.
