What you will do

• Review and process Professional Services orders and contracts to set up projects in internal systems.
• Process contract and project updates or cancellations as requested by internal teams or customers.
• Handle manual adjustments while ensuring adherence to approvals and accounting rules.
• Audit project documentation and validate that systems accurately reflect customer agreements.
• Audit billing data prior to final invoicing and resolve customer inquiries regarding credits or adjustments.
• Communicate with various departments to support issue resolution and maintain order accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled and pursuing a university degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Must possess a valid RFC.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
