What you will do

• Generate and process sales invoices based on purchase orders and internal protocols.
• Manage customer portals and oversee new client onboarding in accordance with credit policies.

• Assist in payment collections while maintaining clear communication with clients.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to address unbilled or deferred revenue issues.
• Proactively implement enhancements to financial accounting controls and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales order and billing processes.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and service level agreements.
