Tax Intern (Automotive)

What you will do

• Reconcile VAT accounts to detect discrepancies between fiscal and accounting data.
• Clean VAT G/L accounts to maintain accurate balances.
• Generate journals in Excel under the supervision of the Tax VAT analyst.
• Extract data from the SAP accounting system.
• Provide support to the VAT Tax Analyst for SAT requirements and audit requests.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Ley del Impuesto al Valor Agregado is desirable.
• Experience or knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP, is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
