What you will do

• Manage the full monthly billing cycle, including invoice creation, validation, and issuance.
• Activate and maintain customer subscriptions within NetSuite.
• Review contract change orders to ensure accurate billing setup and alignment with pricing structures.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and variances.
• Partner with Revenue Accounting to support revenue recognition processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to validate billing inputs.

Requirements

• Fluent written and oral communication in English is required.
• Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar accounting/finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and contract-based invoicing.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to identify numerical discrepancies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or comparable enterprise-level ERP systems.
• Experience working in a subscription-based or contract-driven billing environment.
• Experience partnering with Revenue Accounting on revenue recognition support.
