What you will do

• Design, manage, and analyze research projects, delivering insights through dashboards, crosstabulations, and presentations.
• Partner with Sales to drive acquisition and retention for mid-tier clients.
• Act as the primary research partner for clients, participating in meetings and presenting final deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal operations and sales teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee project deliverables and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany with the legal right to work.
• Minimum of 7 years of market research experience in a client-facing agency role.
• Fluent or native German and English proficiency.
• Strong background in quantitative research and data analysis.
• Advanced report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
