What you will do
- Serve as primary client coordination lead for Tax & Regulatory programs, running governance forums, status meetings, and executive checkpoints.
- Integrate delivery across Project Management, Business Analysis, Development (SAP/Oracle EBS), QA, Support (L4/AMS), Environment Services, Sales, and Professional Services.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery blockers, ensuring internal alignment before external commitments.
- Identify delivery and client risks early, drive mitigation plans, and reduce escalations through structured issue management and proactive communication.
- Maintain visibility and reporting on project progress, client health, and delivery risks, including a Client Engagement Health Dashboard.
- Support pre-sales and consultations, including preparing and delivering webinars when regulatory change impacts delivery or commercial positioning.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with ERP systems in complex delivery/implementation environments.
- Fluent Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with ERP platforms (SAP and/or Oracle EBS preferred).
- Experience with tax, regulatory, or compliance programs, especially in Brazil or LATAM (strong plus).
- Proven client-facing experience in matrixed, multinational organizations with strong stakeholder management and communication across cultures.
- Ability to work remotely from Brazil and coordinate across multiple internal teams effectively.
