What you will do

• Deliver project workstreams on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Lead project teams and coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
• Define project objectives, resources, and plans according to the delivery framework.
• Monitor performance, manage risks and issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication and build strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Oversee documentation, profitability, and team development through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Fluent/professional Romanian and English (written and verbal).
• Extensive project management experience, ideally in service delivery for complex IT solutions.
• Proven ability to manage consulting and delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Valid working visa for Romania.
