What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live support.
• Drive delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs within scope, time, and budget.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring transparent communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage project governance, including planning, RAID logs, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain PMO standards and a consistent customer experience.
• Mentor and support other project managers to foster a collaborative PMO culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or Finland with appropriate work permits.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex ERP implementation projects.
• Proven track record in project/program management and successful delivery.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on project needs.
• Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
