What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources; track progress and adjust to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align expectations across business, data, and technical teams.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements through reviews and audits.
• Create and implement change management plans to support smooth transitions and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing data projects and implementing data governance.
• Strong understanding of data technologies, data sourcing, and data governance.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience in fintech or financial services.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration processes.
