What you will do

• Lead projects from initial concept through final implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reporting.
• Set and apply project standards, best practices, procedures, and quality metrics.
• Manage customer expectations across the project lifecycle and ensure deliverables meet quality and internal policy requirements.
• Coordinate partner and vendor activities and deliverables.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and issues; escalate when appropriate and drive continuous improvement in delivery models.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• 3+ years minimum experience in the Project & Program Manager role (or equivalent title/role).
• 3+ years experience in the tech/software industry with external client-facing experience.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, documentation, communication, stakeholder coordination, and risk assessment.
• Experience managing budgets and performing revenue, margin, and utilization analysis.
• Proficiency with project management software and ability to implement scope changes.
