Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 per year.

What you will do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for sponsorship and emerging formats to drive Peacock revenue.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to integrate advertising capabilities into sponsorship packages.
- Own the rollout of sales narratives and sponsorship opportunities across the organization.
- Manage sponsorship pipelines, renewal strategies, and incumbent partner relationships.
- Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities for new monetization models.
- Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for assigned brands and franchises.
Requirements
- Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
- Strong understanding of the advertising marketplace and media marketing processes.
- Experience in B2B branding development, strategy, and execution.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
