Location: Hybrid (New York, NY), requiring office attendance 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).

Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for sponsorship and emerging formats to drive Peacock revenue.
  • Collaborate with product and platform teams to integrate advertising capabilities into sponsorship packages.
  • Own the rollout of sales narratives and sponsorship opportunities across the organization.
  • Manage sponsorship pipelines, renewal strategies, and incumbent partner relationships.
  • Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities for new monetization models.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for assigned brands and franchises.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising marketplace and media marketing processes.
  • Experience in B2B branding development, strategy, and execution.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
