Salary: $168,000 - $262,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Own brand, content, and creative strategy and execution aligned with company priorities, roadmap, and target audience.
- Lead, implement, and scale a content engine to drive awareness, perception, and reach across client segments and markets.
- Own the content calendar and global quarterly integrated campaign motion connecting campaigns to always-on brand presence and product priorities.
- Lead brand awareness and sponsorship campaigns to increase recognition and shape brand perception in existing and new markets.
- Establish templates, playbooks, and frameworks to enable scalable, consistent execution across all touchpoints.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality execution and continuous growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in content strategy, brand and/or integrated marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, including 3+ years leading these functions.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute content strategy that advances brand and thought leadership across multiple channels.
- Experience creating, promoting, and distributing high-impact content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and reach.
- Experience leading brand and visual identity and managing in-house writers, copyeditors, and designers.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship and be able to begin work in the U.S. on the first day of employment.

- Financial services experience or experience marketing into the financial services vertical.
- Experience building and scaling teams and implementing AI tools.
