What you will do

• Ensure product and process quality throughout new product introduction (NPI) and mass production.
• Lead customer quality activities, including complaint handling and structured root cause analysis using 8D.
• Drive internal manufacturing process improvement and raw material quality resolution via QRQC and MRB activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement, track, and validate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support new product development by tracking quality issues at project milestones and leading improvements.
• Manage quality validation for process changes and new equipment, including PPAP submissions and MSA plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other STEM disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive).
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering roles (PQE, CQE, and/or AQE).
• Solid experience in automotive, electronics, or electromechanical industries.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC.
• English: Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
• Location: Must be located in Suzhou, China.
