What you will do

• Lead the application of innovative technical solutions to meet product and process requirements.
• Act as a global content expert, teaching others and developing new approaches to achieve requirements.
• Manage relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers to drive satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical requirements across the manufacturing facility.
• Drive product and process improvements using quality engineering tools on regional and global scales.
• Coach and teach Plant Optimization (PO) methods to drive process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams to meet business performance objectives.
• Experience using higher-level tools to resolve complex technical problems.
• Capability to anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Shanghai, China.
