HR Analyst (HR Operations/Payroll): Providing HR and payroll transaction processing support for clients through employee lifecycle administration, benefits management, time and attendance, and monthly payroll processing with an accent on accuracy, customer service, and country-specific compliance. Focus on managing employee data, resolving HR inquiries, processing payroll and claims, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities in a shared service environment.
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia; in-person collaboration is prioritized

What you will do
- Provide HR and payroll transaction processing support for clients in a shared service environment.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, employee movements, organization management, and cessation.
- Handle employee and manager inquiries related to HR services, payroll, and benefits through telephone and email.
- Maintain personnel and organization data, time and attendance records, benefits administration, claims, loans, and payments.
- Process regular monthly and ad hoc payroll requests accurately and on time, resolving and escalating issues when required.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and deliver value-added services through special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management.
- 1–2 years of HR work experience, preferably in a shared service or outsourcing environment.
- Experience with SAP HR or another HRMS.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions and requests.
- Experience processing outsourced HR services for different countries is preferred.
- Excellent written, reading, and spoken English skills required.
