What you will do

• Create high-quality training materials, including slide decks, user manuals, and video tutorials.
• Design logically sequenced training modules tailored for different user levels, from beginners to power users.
• Conduct live webinars and virtual training sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
• Facilitate in-person workshops and manage hands-on classroom activities.
• Produce engaging infographics and visual aids to simplify complex product workflows.
• Develop quizzes and surveys to evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Must be a student whose curriculum requires On-the-Job Training (OJT) or a practicum for graduation.
• Ability to report for on-site sessions in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
• Provision of a Letter of Intent or Endorsement from the school’s internship coordinator.

Nice to have

• Experience with screen recording tools such as Loom or OBS.
• Proficiency in other national and regional languages.
