Salary: $94,000 – $152,000

What you will do
- Design and deliver specialized onboarding for Solutions Engineers, Solution Architects, CSMs, and TAMs.
- Develop a technical enablement library including demo guides, objection handling frameworks, and hands-on labs.
- Run ongoing training sessions, product update briefings, and skill-building workshops based on real deal scenarios.
- Partner with the Customer Solutions team to translate field needs into practical programs and learning experiences.
- Utilize AI tools to build smarter workflows and accelerate the creation of enablement content.
- Maintain deep product fluency to provide credible support to technical customer teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, or technical training.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex product knowledge into useful training.
- Proven experience designing and facilitating training specifically for technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into professional workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Solutions.
- Experience enabling sellers in DevOps, cloud, platform engineering, or developer tools.
- Experience building technical onboarding programs from scratch.
