TL;DR

Curriculum Development Intern (Education/SaaS): Designing and implementing comprehensive enablement content for Pega Customer Service with an accent on real-world use cases and technical storytelling. Focus on creating engaging presentations, video-based learning modules, and educational exercises for AI-driven features and intelligent automation.

Location: Must be based in Poland, with a minimum of 3 days/week in the office.

Salary: PLN 5,500–6,000 gross/month.

What you will do

• Design and implement comprehensive enablement content to support Pega Customer Service.
• Create presentations, videos, and exercises for Pega applications, including AI, chatbots, and email bots.
• Assist in the design and implementation of video-based learning modules.
• Gain familiarity with Pega applications' architecture, design, and implementation features.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams to translate technical concepts into impactful learning materials.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Poland without sponsorship.
